If you are unable to attend the auction, and would like to bid on lots you have viewed online,

we will accept left/absentee bids for the two weeks preceding the auction.

Bids can be submitted by filling out the online absentee left bidding form.

you can send an email:

 When leaving bids by email, please provide the following information:

- your name, billing/shipping address & telephone number

- your intended method of payment (US check, US Postal money order, credit card or Paypal)

the lot #, a brief description of the lot, and your maximum bid that you would like to pay.

Remember that a buyer’s premium will be added to the successful bids.

Invoices for successful left bids + the buyer’s premium + shipping will be sent out after the auction

  by email if you have provided an email address, or otherwise, by US Mail.        

Payment must be made within 7 days of receipt of your bill.

             If you pay using a personal check your lots will be shipped after the check clears.
